If you wish to adopt or foster, you MUST fill out the adoption or foster application below.

WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OF $50 TO PROCESS AN ADOPTION APPLICATION which is applied against the adoption fee if approved (There is NO fee to foster or fill out a foster application).

In the application, there is a space asking for the "confirmation number of your deposit." Please donate $25 through the donate button located above the adoption application, prior to filling out the application. Paypal will give you a confirmation number for your donation... this will go in the "confirmation number" space on the application.

If you are not approved, your $25 will be returned to you, via paypal, within 48 hours of your denial. If you are approved, your $25 will be taken off the adoption fee of your dog.

ALL ADOPTION DONATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please do not promise your children transport of their dog on a certain date - there are too many unknowns to do this. Please research Help Save One before applying and make sure we are a good fit for you. Please ask all important questions before applying. We are here to help you!

Please note, once you adopt your puppy or dog you may not INSTANTLY be able to have it come home. It can take up to THREE weeks OR LONGER to receive your puppy or dog. If you are on a time table ASK us before applying the time frame for receiving. We depend on volunteer transports and sometimes can not guarantee delivery time.

Help Save One Adoption Application

Help Save One strives to find good homes for homeless cats. Too often we see cats walking the streets, homeless, and left to fend for themsleves because they were abandoned. The shelters are overflowing. Please think long and hard about cat adoption. Cats can live to be 20 years old and the commitment you make on this application is for the LIFE of the cat.
